Throughout his winemaking Pierre-Henri keeps his sulphite use to a minimum, each year a small portion of his best parcels is bottled 'sans soufre' - without any sulphite additions - indicated by the more modern stripe label. Only a tiny quantity of this sans soufre cuvee was bottled
