Tasting Notes
Luminous blackberry and plum flavors stain the palate of this piercing 60-40 blend of Grenache and Mourvèdre. Fermented and matured entirely in stainless steel, it's gloriously fruity but shaded by hints of fresh thyme leaves, white pepper and bramble, too. Tightly wound in youth, it's a wine that should open and expand over the next decade.
