A captivating bouquet of red and black fruits - ripe blackberries, cherries, and a hint of plum. Mediterranean herbs, lavender, and a wisp of black pepper embrace the senses. Sweet red fruit flavours lead, cocooned by soft tannins for an indulgent texture. Syrah sparks a spicy thread, whilst Mourvèdre adds depth and earthiness. The sip concludes with a lavish imprint of dark chocolate and a delicate savoury finish.
