Stewed apples, lemon verbena, caramel and a touch of petrol on the nose. The palate leads you on a savory journey with notes of italian parsley, celeriac and thai basil. Perfumed herbs and wildflowers with high acids and a long mineral finish. Will benefit from decanting.

Raspberry, cedar and roses are the predominant aromas moving into licorice and earth. Nice structure wth strong yet approachable tannin, flavours of red cherry, vanilla, tobacco and spice. Excellent quality.
